Innovation & Production Bases
After 15-year of rapid development, Maibao have built up 3 production bases in Guangzhou, Zhongshan and Dongguan, in Southern China. All bases take on tasks of different packaging production, R&D and skilled workers training.
Guangzhou Production Base have expanded plastic bags production to 100% biodegradable bags and kraft paper bags. We have rich experience of biodegradable packaging and kraft paper bags R&D and know well about how to reduce production wastage.
The base covers area over 20,000m² with more than 10 full auto high-speed production-lines, advanced 10-color high-speed printing machines, electric carving printing moulds, that can ensure stable capacity and fast delivery.
There are over 100 workers in the base, and our daily output of plastic bags can be up to 300,000pcs, kraft paper bags can be over 200,000pcs.
Zhongshan Production Base is mainly producing paper bags and boxes, which also take charge of R&D and innovation for box structure and foods/takeaway packaging.
The base covers area about 15,000m² and there are above 150 workers in the base. With a 9000m² workshop do machine-made paper bags and boxes, and a 6000m² manual workshop do art paper bags and gift boxes.
Full set of production equipments makes the daily output up to 400,000pcs paper bags,100,000pcs paper boxes.
Dongguan Production Base is mainly for flexible packaging production, in which we keep investing food-grade packaging workshop and high-function equipments to expanding capacity.
The base covers area about 12,000m², which have 5 electronic high-speed printing machines, 5 solvent-less laminating machines, 30 bag-making machines, 3 high-function flat-bottom bag machines. And there’s a 5000m² dust-free workshop for food packaging.
Daily output of the production is over 0.2 million pieces flexible packaging. The production team is about 100 people.
Dongguan Production Base is mainly for flexible packaging production, in which we keep investing food-grade packaging workshop and high-function equipments to expanding capacity.
The base covers area about 12,000m², which have 5 electronic high-speed printing machines, 5 solvent-less laminating machines, 30 bag-making machines, 3 high-function flat-bottom bag machines. And there’s a 5000m² dust-free workshop for food packaging.
Daily output of the production is over 0.2 million pieces flexible packaging. The production team is about 100 people.
